Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange you can contact us at: orders@shirtklub.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: 1201 S. Eads Street. Unit 201, Arlington VA 22201
If your exchange is accepted, the customer is responsible to ship items back in their original condition. Included in the exchange must be an Order Number, Email Address and Exchange Size. Please note that sizes 2XL & 3XL may be subject to a price increase. Exchanged orders will be shipped back to the original address on file. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. US Postal Service is recommended but not required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items/ Refunds
Unfortunately, we are not processing any refunds at this time. If you have any questions you can email us at: orders@shirtklub.com to speak with a customer service representative.
ShirtKlub has the right to refuse service.
